That's one scenario although I think 15c by Xmas is a bit fanciful. The business is growing despite all the Sargon disruption. Another scenario could be that Sargon delivers more than is expected and effectively adds 5c per share value to the company, Thorney negotiates using their blocking stake and Iress end up offering 50c a share - then everybody is happy. However I think Thorney are in this for a bigger prize so everything up til now is second guessing.
