Sydney, CFE only need to spend US$5 million on Marampa. After that, they can decide whether or not to take it to the BFS stage. If they decide to take it further, they need to spend another US$20 million to guarantee themselves a percentage of the resource (can't remember the exact %age off the top of my head). They also have the "option" of buying the full resource for US$200 million.
