I can see that ppl are very despondent and it shows in almost everything we see and hear at the moment.

The world may seem to be going down the gurgler right now but better days will come (not saying when though) and survival until those days come is what should be on all our minds (and the focus of all our efforts). MAK management need to be upbeat and very careful where they spend "our" money, in this I agree with you, however I still believe they are doing a good job, keeping SH informed and proceeding with their business plan. They just have to remember to survive!
