Someone may be able to shed some more light here but by my calculations this form 603 should have been lodged way back in March 2020 and possibly even earlier as that was the first date i received a top 100 holdings notice.
ASX rules require the change to be notified within 2 business days after they become aware of the change in holding.

Around the 3 June 2020 it held 22,683,540 shares of the total securities issued of 307,323,102 representing 7.4% in which case a form 604 should have been lodged and this new lodgement today should also have been another form 604 as the holdings increased by another 1%.

I would like to know why the substantial holder form wasn't lodged earlier to show the market that Rolf Voulon was a substantial holder way back then. It could quite possibly have resulted in a much higher share price knowing that information back then rather than thinking they were unrelated entities with smaller holdings each.

All of a sudden we not only get DC transferring his holdings over to a BV company but we get a initial substantial holder notice from Rolf, along with a capital raising within 2 days.
