Lanyon are going hard nose on this one they have been quoted in this weeks bell lic report "only 6 or 5 quarters left in cash" not sure what that means?
not a holder but do like the idea of having quarterly cheques and not being a Reit!
What appears to be missing is an active fund manager that can balance the dividend stocks.
