I have done a research into SER and its tenements and reached a conclusion that this little minnow has all the ingredients to be taken over by major players at a premium price . The recent strategic investment of 500 K by DATT capital is a proof that SER can attract decent money injection based on their exploration portfolio. DATT capital has a good track record of picking the best resources companies and I personally have been following them for a while. Moreover, the new shares are only going to be issued in August and there will be a 10:1 consolidation meaning that including the newly proposed shares issue,the company will have about ~120 million shares and about 1+ million cash+receivables of 500 K+15% investment in a graphene company . If the share price still stays around current level(0.5 cents now and once consolidated to be around 5 cents) the market capital will be around 6 million-that is too cheap to ignore in my view.
