** IGES proposes to establish operations in China and has formulated a 2-year plan. Costs associated with this include the monthly retainer for Rebelly (US$24,000), administration and travel costs, and the cost of establishing a demonstration facility in China including commissioning. Under the current raise, IGES intends to use fees collected through the construction of the 30 x CDMs to fund this project.
