    Would rather get slacf at $0.12 with liability of $0.05 than take up new contribs at $0.10 with future liability of $0.20. But by same token would rather buy SLA at $0.17 than SLACF at $0.12 and therefore sla shares at $0.17 - $0.18 are more attractive and less risky than new entitlement. Also more liquid than SLACF. And so, who will take up the new issue?
