For those ignoramuses making light of running a trial in Eastern Europe. Both Moldova and Ukraine are experiencing rapid spikes in cases and deaths. All 5 hospitals we are going into are swamped, with insufficient beds to meet demand, much like New York. This is a humanitarian crisis. People are dying and doctors are struggling to save them. The World Bank has just given US$100M to Moldova to help them deal with the pandemic. The comments of certain people on HC is beneath contempt.
