You have expressed bitterness towards DXN in previous posts, after a suggested entry of around 15 cents.

That is understandable and DXN could have done better with the Melbourne Data Centre.

However new CEO started late August last year and substantial, effective changes have occured.

Fact is, the company is paying rent in Melbourne, the premises is partially fitted out and is seeking an anchor tenant to support an opening.

It has a good chance of 'seeing the light of day'. I note that NXT had its fair share of HotCopper criticism with most data centre openings - Perth etc. Look how far NXT have come.

As a note of encouragement, there is spare capacity in Tasmania, Sydney and Melbourne (requires an anchor tenant) - at a time when spare data centre capacity is lacking.
