    Lots of new entrants buying up various tenements to develop prospectivity out of the LFB. I saw a post on another thread from @drifta on a company he holds (I don't hold) who have done just this recently.

    As such and by virtue of our tenement and its position I feel like we will start to see some increased price action soon.
