Flu hasn't gone away it is just less prevalent due to the lock downs but people are still dying from it and aren't counted in the reported COVID-19 deaths - Flu kills less than 1% of those that contract it whereas the death rate from COVID-19 is 3.4%. COVID-19 has killed more people in the past 3 months than the average flu related deaths in an entire year. Just be thankful if it doesn't knock on your door - but then again maybe that is the only way you will believe it actually exists!
