Ok well I went to the AGM. There were about 11 people there including myself, not including BOS staff.

John Keniry spoke that the company will have funds until May 2009, and that they've 'battened down the hatches' and gone 'into survival mode'. R&D has been greatly decreased to save costs while they wait on trial results for oil and gas, consumer and dental products. These will be available in the next 4-6 months whereby they will either use the positive results to garner deals for cash.

Peter reiterated what John said, went over the technology again, and went through the slides. All motions were passed. Contact lenses are on hold, they weren't able to get them to work.

Not much else to add apart from what's on the slides. BOS is in a difficult time, in that they're short on funds and in a market which is difficult to raise funds. Next four months we should have an indication as to whether BOS will be able to continue in its current form or become something else.
