    Hi,

    Please could someone dumb this down for me? I'm not 100% sure what the Cassini/Oz deal entails, do Cassini holders get an option of shares in OZ or cash? Is this in addition to retaining shares in the new version of Cassini?

    I've been a Cassini holder for 4 years but in general I'm not very adept with the language of share buying/selling.
