Cant comment on past management performance but as a new investor I bought in as it was a sub $3m mcap gold play with over $1.2m cash and only 79m shares on issue.
The fact this acquisition comes with a capital raise makes me think its something decent but lets see (from past couple of quarterly's this has been worked on for a while).
