What about the NDA with Tesla, wouldnt that over ride the ASX rules? Surprised by todays outcome, almost wish I didnt have cloudichook on ignore just to see the red face with the 40c prediction. 10 million turnover is high, makes one wonder whether the price will drop on Friday as so many predict. If not it will be 3 in a row going counter intuitive. Does somebody know something we dont ? If so then there may well be a TH in the air.
