I would have thought it would need to run up before news arrives.....

technically it is still trading in a dowward channel with lower lows being made on 13/10, 27/10 and 20/11.
The lower highs are 22/10, 3/11 and 6/11.

It needs to break out of the downward channel before this is going anywhere. Could still hit 21 and then fall back again.

Needs greater volume and to break out above 26 with conviction before the trend will change for mine...
