Redback Mining have just cashed up to help with 'expansion costs'......maybe a bigger slice of MDL is also in mind? They have 13% of MDL at 55c.

If in doubt, check out the share price of Iluka ....has held up during the past year
( holding at same level as this time last year. Any other stocks manage that?!)
