The latest announcements in May and June on Monoyal and staff appointments have certainly seen an increase in volume however the price is just not going anywhere.
I feel there might be some accumulation going on now.
It is always hard unless you are watching the stock all day to see if there is an indication of the buying and selling being done by the same person/group to acquire more stock without pushing the price northwards.
If the next news is positive and we have finally almost found ourselves a mine the price could well explode upwards.
