I’ll need to dig further into this, but this seems amazing in my opinion.

hey Joe, when you say profit are you taking into consideration the cost of getting it out of the ground?

The deal does look good. I just don’t understand why NST would do this? To say it doesn’t fit their plans anymore is throwing away money.....
