The only positive is that they’re clearly trying to stop the board diluting holders to do the nifty open pit. As I said the other day - APAC have always hated the nifty purchase so I’m not surprised they’ve kicked up a stink about the fact they failed in selling it and are trying to push ahead with an open pit strategy. Get rid of the thing.
