TCL seem to be in a sticky position. they also have issues with CIMIC and JH at Airport Link in Brisbane. i have looked at TCL but given the risk with Westgate, and the potential second wave in Vic that may further impact toll revenue, i have no idea why it would keep rising the way it has. but in saying that most of the market has rebounded and ignored many fundamentals. the outcome of Westagte will be key. they have LD's to contend with and potentially have to dip into their pocket to pay for spoil disposal.
