I think MB (whether talk credible or not) has got their knickers in a twist. All this talk of reductions if you already bought last year, don't go over your limit,if you are single, joint, custodial, we can track you down and make sure you are not buying more than we want you to...all a bit paranoid really. This long term (long suffering) shareholder has no more to give them, so the lawyer mentality is ensuring no latecomer can gazump all their cosy set-ups. Bear in mind though,GS is sure to have something up his sleeve !
As an aside, after years and years of buy/held, I am now in the hold/held camp
