I am the one who booked a flight with bankrupt fly365. Yesterday I received an email from ex management asking to fill out a proxy form, as they are trying to sell their brand and intellectual property to a third party, so I might get my money back if the sell is successful.
Is this third party Kogan? They like to buy bankrupt businesses and travel booking business is missing on their diverse portfolio.
