Looks like CEU has taken it's medicine - i.e. A Lynch inspired dose of dividends out of cashflow reality. It has been appallingly handled over there with the board completely reversing their 3 week old AGM rhetoric on a capital raising and dividend policy.
Wouldn't be surprised if TCL or an associated entity ended up with a slab of CEU when this is all done and dusted.
