I wouldn't dismiss IP and Tech licensing.
DPMG would have been months, years in the making, now NVX owns it.
If you want the best processes in the world and the bloke that set up your Battery R&D lab works next door, as if there is not a chance for Tesla to be in the picture.
We don't need to supply the anode or cathode, DPMG is a billion dollar concept in itself.
What better company than Tesla to scale it!!!
Be crazy not to rule that out.
