Ok food update.
Just took a delivery. Heaps of veggies. God knows how they are out of Buk choy, but anyway.


Tonight is comfort food. We call it the platter.
We make some sauces, and some are basic ala aioli or tomato sauce.

Party pies. A whole smoked chook. White salami, maybe carrot, dips, tiger bread, diced red onion, olives, gherkins, pickled onions. You get the drift.

But my big win was 2kg of kipfler potatoes and a WHOLE duck.
Tomorrow will be fun. Just the way I like it.
