Because the company is under trading halt they can discuss the metrics of the chip with any interested placement parties without breaching the continuous disclosure rules. Nobody can buy or sell the stock on the market.
Can the team take what they have around to interested parties and get some competition going for a placement?
This is all speculation, but say you got a soph willing to stump up $10 million worth at 10 cents based on the results?
You then release the metrics and the results of the placement? That would put a rocket under the SP.
