Cann Global would like to inform members that Neil will no longer be serving in the role of CGBrep to this forum. He has finalised his contractual arrangements with the company as CGB’s Media and Shareholder Relations representative.
CGB Q & A Service – History and Company response
During 2018 Neil provided a Q & A service to this forum. HC members requested that the company suspend posting on the forum. (See post #41583469)
Throughout 2019/20 we instructed Neil to continue to assist members by relaying any relevant feedback/questions back to management for our consideration and review. Members were also invited at various times to contact the company directly (see posts #41714494, #41453305).
At the beginning of the year, Neil was approached by various HC members requesting the return of the Q & A service (see final post #43539370). We believe that this service is important, and will update the forum when the time is appropriate to recommence posting. The company continues to welcome all shareholder inquiry through direct email and phone contact.

Acknowledging Shareholder Feedback
The company acknowledges and appreciates that shareholders often provide important feedback which is considered when the Board and management make important decisions.
Response to Unanswered Emails Questions
CGB had also contracted Neil to reply to all company info/shareholder emails received to our office. Neil had worked diligently to ensure that emails were responded to. The company had always respectfully reserved the right to refrain from responding to emails which may have been considered inappropriate, vexatious or profane in nature.
In Conclusion
We would like to thank Neil for his service to our company, and to our shareholders over these past 2 years. The Board and management are sad to see him go, and we wish him well with his future media projects.
