I agree, I wouldn't actually spin off Mocka. I was only suggesting that to separate each entity and apply valuation accordingly.
As @hankreardon correctly pointed out, ADH online is also experiencing huge growth, and not just because of coronavirus. So it too, should enjoy a higher multiple, all else being equal.
I'm not smart enough for any PE gig. After all, I did steal the investment idea from someone much smarter than me (seems to be a running theme in my portfolio).
