I understand what you're saying, but as an employee of a public company, he knew what he was signing up for and as for not being able to disclose market sensitive information, that is exactly my point- the role was an unnecessary expense for shareholders that provided no value, official company announcements make a Hotcopper rep obsolete for any company.
