I fully agree that Infigen's response is, at this stage, underwhelming.
For comparison, upon receiving a Takeover Offer from it's two largest shareholders (Mercury and Infratil), the Tilt Renewables Independent Directors commissioned an Independent Advisor to value the company. This found that the TO undervalued the company by around twenty per cent, the TO fell short and since TLT has gone on to significantly increase its share price and EV.
