Why don't Antam buy shares in ORP. Could buy another 15% of project to boost their shareholding to 40% and buy shares in ORP to take their overall interest higher and an opportunity to eventually take 100%.
If they were going to buy shares, now is the time to do it, while they are cheap, before they make an offer for 15% of project.
