Rising to the top of its falling channel. If you were thinking of buying LGL, you wouldn't do so at this point, IMO. You'd wait to see whether it can make a convincing break above about the $2.35-$2.40 area. If it can do that, it will have changed its downtrend, which has been intact since March. If it can't, chances are it will fall back to test its double-bottom at about $1.60.
