How are agents responsible for this? The answer is they are not.
The property boom is caused by low interest rates, high migration, overseas investors and blatant speculation.
Agents are only someone working in an industry where the value of the assets has boomed. They are not the cause the boom. Same as the mining boom when anyone working in that industry made a killing.
