Market reaction was negative, It's not just the dilution it also shows there is little into faith in Saxby, Gold is on a bull run and other gold juniors are raising money easily at small discounts. Saxby is deep high AISC gold needing very high grades and a big JORC too be worthwhile. This CR just confirmed it.
