No one knows and they simply can't provide any further guidance......you need to extrapolate from past time-frame precedent. You also need to be willing to hold on until the decision (Award) is handed down which could from anytime from July - December. Unless of course an "alternative resolution" is unexpected agreed upon beforehand.
