Actually next milestone payment also involves (and always has) required licensing of initial commercial cascade (the renamed and expanded "lead cascade"); so basically 1-2 months of test loop is all that is required to prove reliability, but licensing of cascade could take another year. This is what I think was said at AGM, but I stand to be corrected.
Suspect by time next milestone payment made, it won't be a very big deal; more like confirmation of an already accepted fact.
