Laine, l have nothing to lose now so may as well go with the flow for the time being although the Capital Loss would be handy for me come June 30th. He replied to me and it seems others quickly, admitted it had been driven off a cliff. I will wait for that announcement he mentioned in 2-3 weeks.
In the future alarm bells will ring if any Company does not submit their financials on time. Why are they ever late? The numbers are there, cash in, expenses out they just need to be submitted to an accountant to put together and signed off on..... If it doesn't happen there is something to find. Lesson learnt.
Been burnt on a few of these types of shares partly my fault for not enough research but it seems these companies fail in the boardroom, not out in the field.
