Given the limited time they are saying the first numbers for performance are extremely good off the best lot. They probably havent had a chance to do exhaustive retention assessments yet anyway. I dont think its a problem, just not fully explored.

I dont think I'd be releasing actual performance benchmarks right now given the limited time they've had with things and some of the restrictions. But they are talking performance for what they are targeting.
If they are "near DRAM speed" then this is right on target for where they want to play.

Again, yield off wafer is king. And we arnt going to know about that yet either until a lot more refinement occurs. What's the old saying? Make it work, then make it fast, then make it work again.

I think this was a very encouraging announcement for 4DS holders. GLTAH.
