This matter will be decided by the courts or ASIC provide their funding before court dates clearing ISX of any wrongdoing forcing ASX to relist.
The case has become personal and vindictive and it has come to a stage now that only independent umpire/s with authority to overrule can sort this mess.

I think there is need for another strong stock exchange in Australia which can end monopolistic advantage of ASX and secondly there is need for independent commission which oversees the role of regulators which includes ASIC, APRA so their is transparency and accountability.
