Just to add - I've seen lots of SPP but can't recall one that closed early. Some ridiculously scaled back, though. I think it would be unlikely that even if this were to close early, there would still be a day or so for holders to assess the upcoming news. Clearly for some, the current news is enough to stump up the funds. Me - I'm still wanting to know what the deal is, or more particularly IF the deal is.
