    You are buying the right to convert to
    shares by paying the company 3cents by end of Sept.
    It's like lay-by.Pay 1.6c now and 3cents later.
    You can also just sell them on market.
    With short dated options,they will lag by 0.5 cents plus
    due to volatilty of share movement.
