Be careful. They keep the price low so that Aussies will buy on fundamentals and then the placement holders sell over a period of time. It is a good wicket and provides income. They were still making a loss at last reporting and they have had plenty of time to be cash flow positive so there is a reason for that. Beware of management that does not look after small shareholders interests. The chart tells the same storey. If they wanted the share price to go up they would have kept shareholders informed and had the capital raising after the commissioning announcement like most other companies do. Also, notice that it was a Malaysian broker that managed the placement to overseas parties. You can always be lucky however, there are easier plays elsewhere in the Aussie specs arena.
