The sell wall has been there for awhile. I wouldn't pay too much attention to it. The orders are not realistic and placed far away around 3.5-3.7 cents+. They appear only for the day. Same time each day. Same volume. So it is definitely automated. A big investor could easily line wipe the entire sell order.
Yes plenty of room to grow and they are positioned to do well in the future.
IMO, anything under 3.3 cents is a great entry.
Ci1 is currently trading well below where they were at before the guidance report was issued earlier this year.
They'll probably get a big pump on one of their future earnings announcements or when the market catches on how great the fundamentals are.
