Hi @Upthefog , I am not a big fan of the manipulation theory normally , it is thrown around way too much .
But , in this case , imo , there seems to be a concerted effort to manipulate the selling/buying.
Once a CR , at such a large discount and volume of shares issued , occurs , then this can be the outcome.
GMV is regularly opening with a push up and closing on a new low CP , this pattern is being repeated too often to be chance. The volume traded since CR is well above the norm also.
The believers think that the manipulation is being done to accumulate cheap shares , makes them feel better about the low price but there is no real way to determine if this is a buying or selling manipulator or one doing both.
The fact that there is no substantial holdings notices does not mean a great deal as could be done under different entities . Not sure about the borrowed shares theory either , not sure who would be doing the lending.
