TO's happen after a JORC, very rarely before one. So SER will have to drill Saxby out and then calculate a resource estimate first. Given the depth of the gold and the expense of drilling yet another CR will be needed. Hopefully good drill results soon will lift the SP and improve the next CR in terms of less dilution and more cash raised. Of course there is always the possibility of a JV and free carry in exchange for say 80% of the project. That is the best prospect imo. The roaring POG and shortage of new gold resources for the big companies like RMS and OZL is very helpful.
