As bad as it is the spike in covid in Vic is a good thing for rap. And I suspect it will likely grow from Vic to more of the east considering boarders are still open.

unfortunately you can ask people to do the right thing but they won't. If they did police wouldn't be needed in this world. A second wave is inevitable and hopefully rap will be there ready to be used in anger.
