This part is what confuses me.. " result of alleged conduct by Mr Bret Silvey and his private entity". What could that be and what was 'misrepresented'?
Quick search of constructive trusts shows that they are complex and difficult to establish so this will be interesting and i am confused as to why the claimants are doing this?
