USD is really not my thing, but I keep an occasional eye. XE:EUR/USD seems to be inversely tracking the US market at the moment. I'd have to look at the history chart more closely.
Interesting to me, EUR/USD peaked at the end of January 2019 ....when Trump foolishly starts talking at trade sanctions against the EU and a few days later, DJI suffered a major decline.

Which I guess reflected had Trump initial gut reaction....attracting $$ back into the US.....but, it's recent chart over the last few months suggests it has been doing a bottoming nesting, Maybe, EURO rallies while the US market declines??
I don't really understand money flow between the US and Europe. I'm going to study it more. Until then, I don't have an opinion....and am interested to learn more.
